• Cancellation before service commencement: If you cancel our services at least 14 days before the scheduled start date, you will receive a full refund.
• Cancellation after work has begun: No refunds will be issued for any services that have already started or been completed.
• Partial work completed: If the service has been partially completed, we may issue a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of the work that remains unfinished.

2. Custom and Specialized Services

Our services, including well drilling project development, are highly specialized and tailored to each client’s unique needs. If no work has been started, a full refund will be issued. However, once work has begun, no refunds will be issued for completed or in-progress work.

3. Dissatisfaction and Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion at [email protected]. We will work to resolve the issue and, in some cases, may offer a partial refund or alternative solutions based on the nature of the problem.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
